Phin Bar is designed as an urban brew-bar that offers Vietnamese-style steeped coffee combined with house made ingredients. Every Drink is made to order. Just how you like it.

We create all components that make our coffee drinks such a unique experience, even our condensed milks. We use only the best, organic coffee beans for our base--sourced from our friends at Taylor Lane Coffee in Sonoma County. 

What is a Phin?

Phin is a metal filter most commonly used to brew Vietnamese-Style coffee.  The drip is slow, especially when freshly-ground beans are packed tightly inside, and produces a very strong and aromatic coffee base for our drinks.
